Does the way suffer from fitness?
Some people “think” that they know the ebikes and how traveling with Ebike is not a way to fit. They feel that you have to endure pain and suffering or sweating like a proverb. And I’m never going to change their minds. They may admit that when they are older or injuries, they admit to weighing the ebike because they are the only groups of people who should use them … right? No, again wrong.



The fit of the head and body
I believe that the more you enjoy the workout, the more you do it and the more you build. The first important thing to drive my ebike is that I love it. I love where it takes me and I like to see the landscape of two wheels than I enjoy it more. I can stop whenever I want to explore something more, take photos or have coffee and enjoy a moment.
All of this, in turn, makes my head the installer, which in turn makes me an installer. The better I feel in my life, I am the installer. I am built for comfort, not speed and I am happy with myself. I focus on keeping myself healthy because this is one thing you can’t buy your way out. Advantages and Beauty
For me, the advantages of driving with Ebike are endless: fresh air, exploring new areas, knowing about knowing that you are doing it home, it’s happy to go somewhere new and feel tired, but happy by the end of the day by bicycle. What about fit?

On some days, I use less help and others in my experience, use more; It depends on how I feel. After years of skiing, I have arthritis like an idiot at a young age. As a result, I need a new knee. In those days, I generally use a little more support for the bicycle.

Some people believe that “no pain or benefits” mantra is the only way to get fit. But if something is painful, are you sticking to it? I do not buy my body to push it within, partly because I cannot. I also understand that life is quite short and I want to be suitable for as long as possible. So you may be pressed on to your body that needs to be haunted later on your body. My love in 20 years is an example!



Independence
My life at the age of 57 is all about preserving myself and enjoying everything until I can. I ride my bike as much as I can because I love it. My favorite evening is spent a short trip. Perhaps this bicycle ride to Salzburg and the city overnight or jumping on the train within a 160km radius, so I know I have a two-day home. You don’t believe in amazing places where I’ve just done it.
You can get an installer when you drive all the time in sports or turbo, when you move your body, which is the best thing you can do. Reducing the assistance from the engine builds durability and tones the feet and hands.
If you are after fit, talk to your personal trainer and ask for their opinion. I know PTs and whenever I talk to him, he always says, “The key to fitness continuity”. Would you do something consistently if it hurts your body or if you don’t enjoy it? No, I didn’t think so.



Cuddly diversity
I am cuddled diversity and have always been. Driving my ebike does not see magically to move on a scale or to a smaller dress. This is a completely different topic of nutrition and food intake, which is not in my field of knowledge; You need to talk to a nutritionist.
My idea is that I’m happy and it’s a great time to explore Europe with two wheels, seeing the most amazing places, meeting beloved people and talking about cycling and destinations all the time.
