Aventon Aventure 2 Review | Bar-set of fat bikes
When you classify the e-bicycle as “fast”, you have to clarify what has a spectrum quickly. This can move from controlled and fun, to wild and scary. Aventure 2 is a fast e-bicker that is easily managed and a lot of fun.
What you will notice from the upper chart is that Aventure 2 moves quickly with the help of the engine, and it seems that speeds are somewhat collected at the levels of help. This is largely due to two factors: aggressively pedam is adequately, and the torque sensor is designed to correspond to your effort.
With data on the circle test we have collected over the years and several EBR reviewers with whom we will compare, I usually see one or two miles an hour faster in a circle without a motor from most of my EBR colleagues. This gives me an ecological circle of 17.3 mph, while John approaches 14 mph. Remember, the beauty of a torque sensor is that the bike wants to meet you where you are, what the fun you can do, which you can strenuously fill if you want with the possibility of a more gradual pace for a comfortable cruise.
We now have a “test” policy that supplies them, which we adopted when it comes to our testing. So, while Aventure 2 comes as a class 2 e-bicker, can be adjusted to the class 3 of 28 mph in the Aventon application that connects with your bike. As a bit of a bonus circle, I changed Aventure in Class 3 (as I said has scored my third fastest circle on the circle so far (just losing to two different Demons of 1000 W Middle Drive).
First, this bike treats speed well and allows a high degree of confidence. Usually 22 or 23 mph is the end of my comfort limit on most e-bicicals I test. Many of them rattle and vibrate or feel jerk in not so great ways that warn me to go much faster. But Aventure 2 felt so firmly below me that I was easily approached by the class 3 mph 3 boundaries. It is an advantage that I can provide 77 kilograms of Weft -a 4 ”wide tires.
Finally, another subtle change from the original Aventure was a larger front chain on this model – instead of 46t is 48t. While the rear cassette switched from Shimano Acere to Shimano Altus, it is still the same range of 12-32. The enlarged laptop felt subtly better and could not discover any ghost pedal until 28 mph. Combined with a torque sensor, the laptop allows a good feeling even in high speeds on the flat path.
My total test from the circle test was Aventure 2 well deals with either e-bike class 2 or class 3. The drivers will find administrative speed with four levels of assistance. Each level lasts a little more edge as you climb through ways to help, but the bike never takes away a positive pedal experience.
