Earth Day is more than just a date – it’s an organization to protect the planet we all call home. This year, heybike is proud to honor the spirit of Earth Day with urban tree planting initiatives. From April 22nd to May 20thWe invite you to join our “Green Rides for a Cleaner World” campaign and be an honor green cyclist from our green cycling community.
We have partnered with one planted tree to give back to our planet through urban forestry. Your journey can now help plant trees in US cities that require more green space, cleaner air, and stronger ecosystems.
What is one tree planted?
Founded in 2014, One tree was planted is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to global reforestation. It has planted over 135 million trees worldwide. His urban forestry action focuses on city -centered planting that improves mental and physical health, reduces urban heat islands, improves storm water management, and supports biodiversity. Every trip you take will help plant larger, more durable trees tailored to the urban environment across the US. These trees play an important role in keeping our communities healthy in this fast urban world.
How it works – ride and plant
How do you get involved? It’s simple and worthwhile!
- To be A green explorer: You only need to take part in this event by riding your heybike between April 22 and May 20. Take 2 pictures of the display odometer to show how far you are traveling: one at the beginning, and the other at the end.
- To be The honor of a green knight: Ride 100 miles or more On your heybike between April 22 and May 20. Take 2 photos of the display odometer to show the accumulated distance. If you reach the goal, we will plant a tree for you through the urban forestry action program by one planted tree. And you will also get a digital certificate recognizing your contribution to environmental protection.
Submit your relevant photos and information In the form below. The deadline for submission is June 4th. All participants will be addressed Official hebike website and social media. Whether you use your heybike for daily commendations, weekend adventures, or enjoy the fresh air only, every ride counts towards Greener tomorrow!
Why it is important – a small sea, a big effect
Riding your heybike already reduces your carbon footprint. With this campaign, you can take your green steps even further by helping to plant real trees. Trees are not just beautiful – they are critical infrastructure for life in our cities.
