Application Process

1. When it starts:
   • The application is open December 18th, 2024, 6pm pst. Funds will be distributed on a first come, first served basis until they run out.

1. Where to buy a bike:

   • Both stores feature eligible models from brands such as Aventon, Aima, Bianchi, Cannondale, Orbea, Himiway, Scott, Surface604, Tern, Urtopia, Velotric and more.
2. Steps of bicycle attack:
   • Take your voucher to visit the store.
   • Choose from compliant e-bike stock (Class 1-3, UL/EN certified, under 750 watts).
   • Staff will help you redeem your voucher and finalize your purchase.

Qualified Bikes:

Must be a Class 1-3 E-bike.

• Class 1: Pedals that are limited to maximum speeds of 20 mph only support.
• Class 2: Limited to max speed 20 mph, pedal assist, and throttle assist.
• Class 3: Pedals that are limited to a maximum speed of 28 mph only support.

You will need an electric motor of 750 watts or less.

You need a pedal that can be operated.

You need to integrate the front light that runs from the e-bike battery.

Rear lights must be equipped – can be integrated or battery operated.

Must be tested by a certified testing laboratory for ANSI/CAN/UL-2849 or EN-15194 compliance.

Minimum 1 year warranty for all electrical components.

It must be fully assembled.
