In surprising development, co-founders of Lectic e-bicicala Levi Conlow and Robbie Desiel announced their acquisition of juice bicycles via Juides’ YouTube channel.

Juides’s assets are auctioned at the auction in the fall of 2024 for the repayment of creditors, signaling the potential end of an iconic brand that has been operating since 2009. While the co-founders of Lectric filed a winning offer, he was initially rejected, leaving Juices Mark and intellectual ownership in Limbo. The deal was finally closed on March 27, 2025. The new owners have stated their intention to revive the brand, holding the juice as a separate company from Lectic, with plans for restructuring a team with the juice from the ground up.

Submitted bicycles are considered to be a pioneer of e-bicycle adoption throughout the United States. The brand made itself a name bold design and high -performance bikes that lived to “juice”, offering a quick acceleration and an impressive torque. However, financial struggles ultimately led to its auction.

Meanwhile, Lectic was one of the most successful e-bickel startups in the last decade. The company suddenly jumped in popularity with its increasingly popular XP series, helping him run the sale of e-bickel in North America in 2023 and 2024. Lectric remained dedicated to maintaining low prices, offering features that rival more rivals.

In the coming months, much more need to be resolved for Soke. The final sale of his intellectual ownership and branding rights did not include the product inventory or warranty parts. Many juice buyers are still waiting for the products they have paid for, but have never been received. Conlow stated that Juides intends to help the user base, but admits he will take time.

“As Lectic takes over, the standard we have for the user service will be the same for the juice. During the next 9-12 months, we will build an infrastructure to provide exceptional user support,” Conlow said.

While renewing the juice, Conlow and Deziel aim to bring the same ethos that Lectic is successful.

“I want to surprise and shock people the same way with Juice – performances and components you don’t expect at incredible prices,” Conlow added.

Denziel made it clear that the two companies would remain separate, but stated that there would be an exciting option for innovating the Juices product line.
